Can we add items to the contract?
Yes. We will provide ongoing estimates for additional work you request during the construction project and will have written change agreements in place prior to commencing additional work.
What kind of projects do you do?

Have you done other work in our area?
Most likely yes and we will provide you with a long list of past and current customers including addresses.
Will you keep our property clean during construction?
Yes, one of our top priorities is to keep the job site clean and safe for you and our worker's.
Once you start the job do you leave to do other work?
Once work has begun we will not leave your project until it is complete.
Are you insured and do you have references?
Yes, we are fully insured including Worker's Compensation and you will be provided with a certificate of insurance and a long list of references.
Can we do any of the work ourselves?
Absolutely, we are happy to work with you.
What is included?
In most cases all labor, materials, dump fee's, port o let, and permits.
What will it cost?
We will meet with you to discuss the project and then provide you with a complete written estimate.
Do we need an architect?
No, we have an in house 3D Design service and it's FREE with any contract.
